This filter fits our 4" blower. Positronics Odor Safe Filters use steam-activated carbon, which is both natural the most effective odor control substance available today. Control humidity as above 70% will decrease the ability of the carbon to absorb odor. Controlled carbon particle size and a large surface area give full-rated airflow and more than 99% odor removal. Use approximately 150 to 200 true CFM (CFM through filter, see column 3 below) per 1000 watts of light. Fans are supplied with cord and instructions for wiring. Unlike our competition, who sell necessary flanges as add-on features, we include flanges for the filters. We recommend attaching the fan on the top of the filter pulling air through and you can choose whether you would prefer to release the filtered air into the room, or run ducting and vent air from the area out.
